Reits are common in the US and Canada, some more countries, but here we can just buy stocks in US and Canada that have reit. Reit is real estate and an type of firm that have special rules, they don’t need pay firm tax and are not allowed have I think more then 45% of loan. Instead they have to give 90% of thier profit to the owners, and have often dividend of 8-10%.

If you buy in other countries there are a few things you have to be careful of.

1. Value of money, if usd go down compare to your money you’re stock go down to.

2. Courtage is higher, buy for atleast 500 euro.

3. Taxes, they will take tax in those countries on your dividend, check with youre bank how they solve it in youre country.
