Easy, increase you’re income and keep cost down. Boring? Yeah kind of. Keep cost down is something we all can and should do, not only for us, but also for planet and climate. To buy quality food or have horses is not to waste money, it’s a way to invest in youre self.

In fact, there is nothing worse then worry about money, I do that all the time and it’s a motivation killer and destroy the joy we actually have.

Calculate calculate and calculate. How much money does the horses cost? how much for electricity? And so on. I don’t do budget, I think it can be a good idea for some people, but for me, it’s mostly calculation on risks. It’s always something extra, and it’s never 85euro.

It’s difficult find apartment and houses in most city’s in the world I think, and it’s getting more and more expensive. To buy a house and have it for rent, seems be a good investment that give you 7-10% yearly. But it’s still very big investments. You can make money on real estate in many different ways.
